This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for agricultural products, especially seeds, purchased on the Krishna Seeds website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms detailed below.

  1. General Policy (Due to Perishable/Sensitive Nature)

Due to the sensitive and quality-critical nature of seeds, fertilizers, and other agricultural inputs, our return policy is highly restricted.

1.1 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

All sales of seeds, live plants, perishable goods, and fertilizers are strictly final and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on:

Failure to Germinate: Success depends on uncontrollable factors (soil, climate, water, care).

Crop Yield: We do not guarantee crop yield or outcome.

Customer Change of Mind: Buyer's remorse.

  1. Limited Exception: Damage During Transit Only

A return or refund is only considered if the product arrives physically damaged, expired, or incorrect (wrong item shipped) due to an error on our part or the shipping carrier.

  1. 2-Day Claim Initiation Period

You must report the damage or incorrect item via email within two (2) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

  1. Eligibility for Return

For a claim to be considered, you must provide:

Visual Proof: Clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged packaging and the product itself.

Condition: The product must remain unopened and unused (if the issue is related to external packaging or receiving the wrong item).

Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

  1. Refund Processing (7-Day Timeline)

Once your claim is submitted and verified against the eligibility criteria (Section 2), we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refund Timeline:

Initiation: If your claim is approved (e.g., verified transit damage), your refund will be processed and credited within seven (7) calendar days of the approval date.

Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs:

If the claim is approved due to our error or transit damage, we will refund the product cost and original shipping charges.
